Personalized menus display the most recently used menu commands. The other menu commands remain hidden until the arrow at the bottom of the menu is selected.

• On the Tools menu, click Customize.
• The Customize dialogue box is displayed.
• Select the Options tab.
• Under Personalized Menus and Toolbars, check Menus show recently used commands first.
• Click Close on the Customize dialogue box to return to text editing mode.
